Who We Are

The new generation of an awakening that began a century ago.

Istanbul · Headquarters

NeoJadid International is an independent brotherhood organisation and international think tank committed to justice and the rule of law, working to raise the welfare of Turkic and Muslim communities and secure the future of the states they founded.

Our aim is to raise a new generation of leaders in the Turkic and Islamic world: people who act with a sense of responsibility, run institutions properly and stand for one another. We find the young people who will be among tomorrow's leaders and bring them under one roof.

Founded by İsmail Polat. Its members are Turks and Muslims; it is open to anyone aged 18 and over, anywhere in the world. Its official languages are Turkish, Russian, English and Arabic.

Manifesto

Why we set out

The Jadid movement largely built the national state, army, parliament and national thought. Seven findings stand before us today:

We do not accept this picture. We have planned collective action within an institutional structure.

  • I

The elites take no responsibility; there is no harmony among them.

  • II

    There is no collective action.

  • III

    The academy stays silent.

  • IV

The executive dominates the judiciary; oversight does not work.

  • V

    Personal contacts never become institutions.

  • VI

Too little is done for the young.

  • VII

Everyone expects everything from the state.
